The closing is a unique space where we get the opportunity to meet face-to-face with our clients in our beautiful offices and get the chance to meet their customers. What we need to remember, the closing is not just a transaction but a presentation. While facts and figures have their place, your personal narrative regarding documents and experiences in business that you share can help the consumer understand what they are signing while making the closing as enjoyable as possible. Base it on the relationship you have with the Realtor or Lender. Be true to yourself and your personality and always remember to READ THE ROOM.
