Escrow Officer
As an Escrow Officer, you will work with loan officers, lenders, real estate offices, and attorneys to acquire, analyze, and organize all essential documents required to process a closing package. They are in charge of managing their escrow team and all processing and preparing of the package. Escrow Officers work closely with all involved to communicate schedules, processes, details, and needs. This position requires a detail-oriented person with have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Licensed Escrow Assistant
This position requires extra licensing that provides the ability to conduct closings. Licensed escrow assistants help the escrow officers with administration and work closely with real estate agents on their transactions. They are also involved with money transfers, overseeing documentation, and advising customers about their options. Escrow Assistants need to be detail-oriented and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
